Do I have to buy every box?
There are a couple of purchase options including a single box and quarterly subscription (4 boxes paid over a 12 month period). Depending on whether you are purchasing for yourself, as a gift for someone special or for an occasion like Mother’s Day or Christmas, we are sure one of these options will suit you.
A quarterly subscription will ensure you don’t miss a box in that yearly/12 month period and allow you to spread out the payments. When ever you start a quarterly subscription you will receive the next available box and then the following three boxes, making a total of four boxes in your quarterly subscription.
Boxes are available for single purchase at any time and once your payment has been processed you will be sent the next available box.
Which countries do you ship the boxes to?
We ship globally to all countries serviced by Australia Post, our preferred shipping contractor.
Australia Post has prohibited shipping to some countries during the Covid-19 pandemic and this is regularly updated. This will become evident during the checkout process and is a temporary situation only.
How do I pay for my purchase or subscription?
Purchases and subscriptions can be paid by PayPal or credit card. If you opt for a quarterly subscription and pay by credit card, you will pay for the initial box and then be automatically charged every three months on the 1st day of the month via the same method until your four boxes have been paid for.

What is included in the price of my box?
Each box is filled with quality, authentic French branded and/or French inspired products that are carefully handpicked for their beauty and quality. They are perfect for ladies wishing to bring a bit of France into their life.
With a collection of unique market finds, beauty products, quality homewares and garden wares, stationery items and small apparel to unbox and enjoy, you will always look forward to ‘delivery day’. You’ll love the genuine market finds sourced directly from French markets and as each box has its own theme, items will be based around the box theme. We carefully curate each box around its ‘theme’ and colour theme.
Themes so have have been ‘Rejuvenate & Take Care’ (in response to the difficulties experienced by many during Covid – June 2020 box) and ‘New Beginnings’ (looking forward to new beginnings and 2021 – December 2020 box).
Knowing that our lovely lady customers are of different ages, sizes and may have different colour and style preferences in what they wear and have in their homes, we will be making our purchases with a very careful approach so that items will suit most, be loved by all and always bring a smile to your face when unboxing.
Postage is not included in the price of the box and you will have postage options during the process of checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Single box purchases will not be refunded.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your quarterly subscription after your first box has been received by you, cancellation will be required in writing and received prior to the next recurring automatic payment date.
Can I have my box delivered to a PO Box or work address?
Yes, as long as your postal address is accepted by Australia Post we can deliver to your preferred address. We suggest you choose the easiest and most secure address for delivery. Delivery options are available during the checkout process.
If you change addresses, or place of work, it is your responsibility to advise us in writing prior to the preparation and labelling cut off date for the next box. We suggest you choose somewhere safe and secure so that your gorgeous French goods are safe, dry and unspoiled when you receive them.
How Do You Find Your Products and Why Are Your Boxes Special?
Annette, who is the editor of the well known French lifestyle blog A French Collection and curator of our boxes, has lived in France part time for over 10 years. She has spent lots of time exploring Parisian boutiques and stores as well as meeting many artisans throughout the south of France on her travels. She draws on her network of artisans and suppliers to bring you the best of France in each box.
Our boxes are full of luxury items, but still remain affordable and are beautifully presented. There is a different theme each time which makes sure you receive a range of items over a period of time.
You can buy a box to be given as a birthday gift, Mother’s Day gift, Christmas gift, Thank You Gift, Welcome Gift or even as a special treat to yourself. Designed especially for all women including Francophiles, we are sure you’ll love giving or receiving a My Beautiful French Collection Box.
